Eugene Vernier, fashion photographer for vogue during the 1960's has passed away after a short illness.
Although I only knew Eugene for about a year, I found him to be a very warm, intersesting person and a great guy to talk to....he loved to talk. Mostly about the old days traveling the world and meeting all kinds of interesting people. Many famouse models and show business people featured in his recolections. His other love was for horses and all things equestrian; he really loved to ride.
A book is being written about his life and is due to be published in June 2012. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.
